Activating Love and Inclusivity

 

Our theme for February is LOVE.�In order for us to truly and completely love another, we have to have self-love.�We begin the month by taking an honest look at our own self-opinions and judgments.�How can we get to that place where we can look ourselves in the mirror, say, “I love you,” and really mean it?�Once we can do that, we are ready to love others.�This love expresses out from us and is experienced by others as a sense of welcoming and inclusivity.
