Prelude
Wow, we are off and away on a new year. Where I am we have 3 inches of snow and the night before last night it was 10 degrees outside. It’s going up to about 30 degrees today. For some that is really cold, and for some of us that is not bad. We have had beautiful sunlight on the snow, so it truly is a beautiful winter season now. We each launch into a new year and a new life with lots of old stuff going along, at our choice. Some of those choices are subconscious. As I started the new year, I told myself that I must remember to write “15”, not “14” for the year now. So, the first time I dated a check, I wrote “January 3, 1915”. Well I got the “15” right. I’ve always said “Time is relative.” Someday I expect to learn what that means.
Treatment
So, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. ,,,” (John 1:1) I have accepted that as my mantra, ever since my Treatment and Meditation class 21 years ago. I accept that “beginning” as preceding me in Form, yet I was there in Spirit. It was My beginning. Now in Form I celebrate my ability to Begin each day with a new Word. So, every day, in the beginning is the Word, and the Word is with God and me, and my Word is God and my life with God as God. We are One.
Each time I choose a new Word it is a new beginning. Yesterday it was “Snow”. Today it is “Sun”. Tomorrow is another day and another word. We are One in time and without time. The Word that follows me eternally is “Flow” so, each day I go with the Flow, because in the beginning was the Flow, and the Flow was with God, and the Flow was God. I accept that each of us, in the Flow of life, is God and One with God. We are all One.
Each day I allow myself to realize a new Reality with a new Word. My day begins with a new word for a new reality. So, in the beginning is a new Reality, and that Reality is with God, and that Reality is God. I just accept that God is Reality and Reality is God because God is All there is. It takes lots of little words to describe the Word of the beginning. I accept the Flow of little words and know that they are One, they are God, in the beginning and in the end, my beginning and end. I am never sure there really is a real Beginning or End, beyond Form. So, for now, I just realize the Flow of Words and thoughts and ideas as the wonderment of Form realizing Spirit, but knowing that Spirit simply realizes Form each moment, now and in the “beginning”.
I’m so grateful for the Flow of Words and my ability to play with words. I share that play with all who read this. We can all play with words and recognize, as we do so, that playing with words is what God does, as us. Sometimes we can even see that “In the beginning are the Words, and the Words are with God, and the Words are God. I am so thankful for “Thankful”, another blessed word of Life.
As we speak and write, we release Words. I know we each have the power to know that these words have power, as I know that know. They are released into the Law, even if that is not our intention. Right now, it is my intention. We know that the Law uses our words to play with us. And we play with Law using our words. So, I simply accept Law as my new word for tomorrow, knowing we all share that Word in reality, Now.
And so it is, Amen.
