In recent months a high frequency sound has invaded the silence of my daily meditation…actually, I am only fully aware of it in the silence, it is now always with me, usually blending into the more pleasant sounds of life…conversation, laughter, music…so that I hardly notice it.  The doctors call it tinnitus, I call it annoying!

And yet, because of this  ‘annoyance’ I have incorporated more music into my life, and especially in my morning practice…I am grateful for Pandora –an app on my phone that lets me plug earphones into the soothing sounds of ‘ocean tranquility’ or ‘anugama’ radio while I open to the sound of what comes from within.  Thus there is a blend and balance between the tension in the ringing in my ears and the relaxed tones of Pandora…and harmony is achieved!

Just as I know that there is harmony in the sounds that surround me, I recognize that what is balanced in music is also balanced in Life.  Tension and relaxation both have meaning in our human experience, and with perspective and appreciation for both, our lives are ever more enriched.  Tension reminds us to stretch and grow, while relaxation allows us to rest in what is.  Knowing this, and knowing that both are experienced in equal measure at the right time in each of our lives, I pray:

In this moment, as in every moment, I am One with the Oneness that is Life…this Oneness, that I call G-d, is the Power and Presence, the Source and the Flow.  I allow It to move through me, creating a perfect balance of both tension and relaxation; equal times of alternating pushing and releasing; stretching and allowing; yearning and accepting.   For it is all part of the creative process… a growing expression of the best that I am yet to become, an expansion of Spirit acting through me bursts forth with each successive cycle.  I am never in equilibrium,  yet I am always in equilibrium. As I know this for myself, I know that this is true in the lives of each and every being. This powerful expression is urging each one of us to move, and allowing us to rest … in perfect balance in each of our lives. I know that some may be experiencing more of the tension today, and yet with tomorrow will come a release and letting go.  I know that even within those that are relaxing, there is that spark that will fire a period of creative tension.  It is all Life … it is all balanced … it is harmony, it is all G-d.

How grateful I am to be experiencing all of Life, all of G-d, in perfect balance and harmony!  I am truly blessed to be One with Spirit, One with each individual, sharing this human experience, supporting and being supported as our creative cycle continues …. eternally.

And it is from this place of gratitude that I release these words into the law, with absolute faith and certainty that they are true, it is so…

Today is a good day!

I am grateful.

I am grateful for each of you reading this prayer.  I am grateful for the love and support in my life.  I am grateful to know that God is equally present everywhere right now and forever! 
I am grateful to know that I am. I am one and inseparable from the Divine Power. And this is the Truth about me. It is my Truth.

I am grateful to know that each and everyone who is reading this or even doesn’t know that I exist as One in God!

I affirm love, support, abundance, energy, harmony and peace for all of us! I know we accept our blessings and embrace them gracefully. I declare Peace, Love, Abundance, Wholeness, Harmony and Joy for each and everyone of us here, now and forever.

I am grateful for the opportunity to speak this word of Truth for all of us!

And I let it be and gratefully release it into the law knowing it is all done in the perfect mind of God.  I let joy, I let peace!

And so it is!

In It’s Up to You by Ernest Holmes, he lists ten steps in personal achievement. Number Nine is to take prayer and affirmative meditation into your personal achievement. He says that your whole life should be a prayer.

And so I pray.

I know that there is one Life, one Source, that expresses as Wisdom and Peace, Love and Abundance, and as every God quality that exists. I know that God is all there is.

I am one with and inseparable from the Divine. I am a perfect expression of God. As I know this about me I know this to be so of everyone. God acts in, as and through each of us. It is so.

I speak my word that Life is a prayer. I know that prayer is when I want to change conditions in my life. I also know that prayer is when I want a greater expansion of things in my life. My every thought is a prayer. I am mindful and allow the Good to be revealed so that I may have an even greater expression of that which I desire. I do not wait to pray only for when I want something. I am constantly praying. It comes easily and naturally. Divine wisdom flows though me and through each one of us. We know that our thoughts are our prayers and so we constantly are praying. It is so.

I give great thanks for this knowing. I am thrilled knowing that my words are already worked on in the One Mind. I am joyous that this knowing cannot be returned to me void.

I now release my words into the Law. I let them go. I let them be.
And so it is.

Treatment for March 22, 2015

What a difference a few days can make!  Friday we were moving snow.  For the last couple of days, it has been in the 50s.  The change is remarkable.  We are reminded that change is the essential nature of all things.  Yet, at the core is that which is unchanging.

As T.S. Eliot reminds us, “Except for the point, the still point, There would be no dance, and there is only the dance”

And so we pray.

There is only One Life.  All that there is is God, expressing in so many wonderful ways.  God is the unchanging, the still, the core of all that there is.  God is all that there is.  God’s Life is each of our lives.  It is my life and yours.

Since all life is God in expression, all that occurs is simply God in action.  Money is God in action.  Abundance is God in action.  Health and relationships and work and all else that occurs are the activities of God, expressing as us.

As events and activities swirl, as seasons and weather change, we embrace these shifts, knowing that the Thing at the core of all of it is unchanged and unchangeable.  The still point is where the dance is, and neither can be observed without the other.  They are the same thing, the ever-changing, ever-evolving Universe that expresses the stillness of God.  We are empowered by both aspects and by that knowing.

And so I am simply thankful for the flowing, changing variety of life and the steady, still, quiet core that anchors it all.
And in that gratitude, I simply let it express right here and right now.  I know that it is so, and SO it IS.

Treatment for March 10, 2015

I’ve already started to write something about what has been the biggest thing in my life for the past 24 hours and the past 50 years and another that has been a biggest thing for just the past 24 hours.  I decided it would take me twelve pages and three hours to even begin to explain them to anyone else.  So, now I just start again, releasing the memories but exploring time in my life.

Treatment 

I know that time is just one dimension of my life.  Space adds three more dimensions.  Now memory raises me above the plane of these four dimensions so I can look down from above, in yet another dimension.  I share that dimension with God, Spirit, Mystery.  At my age, I love memories and celebrate one every time I have one.  I celebrate my life in Memory with God/Spirit.  My memory gives me a power that is Divine.  I recognize it as my Divine self, coming to bring all moments of my life into one place, one space, but many memories.  My memory allows me to transcend time moment by moment, Divinely.

I allow past and present to become One with memory.  I anchor myself in the present moment but I celebrate the past trillions of moments with memory.  I also accept that I have the power to celebrate the future trillions of moments with my imagination.  I blend them in my Mind, knowing that my past and my future are all present with me Now, in this moment.  I know this for all who are here with me now, reading this.  We are One with one another, and with our pasts and our futures, and we have the power to rise above and Divinely observe.

I realize my Mind works with Mystery, which is a Divine Union of my past and my future, but truly celebrated in the Present Moment, Divinely.  I accept my memory and my imagination as sacred elements of my Being and my Mind and all Mind.  In that Mind we all become One.  Some day, I know we will all be able to remember and imagine each other’s pasts and futures, as our own.  We are One.

I give thanks for this Oneness of Mind and Memory and Imagination.  We are all different in Memory and Imagination.   They are our power to express our Divinity in the beautiful chaos of just four dimensions.  As we rise above, and become One in a fifth dimension, observing our diversity of four dimensional memory and Imaginations, our variances become a space of wonder and celebration where we can just relax, and say “Thank you!” for the Divine space of five dimensions, where we truly do become One.

So, I release my time and space into a simple image that I either remember or imagine, moment by moment, as I rise above to experience this release of dimensions altogether and see it all in one flash moment, Now.  I release and rise to celebrate Divine Life as I know it only in a single moment.  I share and see all who read this as Divinely Observant from the Fifth Dimension.

And one day, I know we will all find several more dimensions to celebrate.  And so it is, Amen.

Treatment by Rev Faith Woods

My prayer began this morning as a Prayer for alignment and wholeness revealing itself in every situation.

As I ready myself for nighttime rest, I realize this day has been filled to overflowing with emotions and experiences compacted and expanded and more intense than I feel a day should hold. When I began this prayer early today, this quote and these thoughts arose.

“Beyond our ideas of right-doing and wrong-doing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there. When the soul lies down in that grass, the world is too full to talk about. Ideas, language, even the phrase ‘each other’ doesn’t make sense any more.”    ― Rumi

When I am in the field, I invite you to come join me.

When I can’t quite get there, please invite me to be with you.

If I should forget the field is there, remind me of this special place.

If it appears you have forgotten, I will gently remind you and stay until you are ready to go with me.

When everything looks wrong, the field is there.

When everything looks right, the field is there.

Love is all there is.

Amen – And so it is.
