The Dance of Life

This is a special day: a full moon on Summer Solstice. This combination only happens every 30 years.

Every day is a special day, though some times circumstances and combinations make a rare occasion.

I know that there is only one. That one brings newness to all. I appreciate this one, as I know that it is actively being me. This one is being all that I know, all that I see, and all that is. In the wake of what appears to be unlike that which I know to be good, I bless all of the actors in the dance of life. The dance that I appreciate from the still point within.

As T.S. Eliot wrote

Except for the point, the still point, there would be no dance. And there is only the dance.

The dance of life is that which I know as All there is. In this dance there is a newness and a point of joy, the cosmic joy, which is the energy of the life that is.

I appreciate this life of God, this life of the one that is all.

Locally, I know that we are guided to a new experience. I anticipate with a openness of mind and heart and an expectation of newness as Celebration Center moves forward to embrace the new.

Living in joyous expectation, I give thanks for the awareness of change, and the awareness of joy in that change.

I release my word, knowing that it is true, and that it is all good.

Gratitude for Life

As I honor this day and all that is and yet to be, I offer this prayer of gratitude for Life.

There is One back of all things. It is, It creates and It is good. I call this God. I call this Spirit. I call this the Divine. I call It Good. This One celebrates Itself by creating. It is the Source of all that is. No thing contains It, yet It is within all things. No thing can create Life, yet It creates all Life. It shares, all of Itself with its creations, therefore, we create and we love.

This Divine creative energy that I recognize as part of my being is within me and within all that is. Each and every one is blessed and fully equipped to call forth the power of the Divine within. Each of us is lit from the same fire, and that spark is ready to ignite within so that we might see more good in this world we choose to play in.

Today I use this Mind and Love in my life to create family energy and celebrate with kin, and friends and nature. I not only celebrate with all of these, I celebrate and give thanks for each of them. I call forth the power of Love and Love answers. I call forth the power of Joy and Joy responds, I call forth the power of Wisdom and Grace, and Wisdom and Grace respond. I speak my word that as I call forth this creative energy and name it, that I take the time to recognize it. I stay in the moments of the day and see God at work. I know this is a way to live fully present and I speak for each of us to recognize the moments of connection with the Holy Presences.

As I am so grateful. The gratitude grows and the circle of Good expands. I am blessed, as Spirit shows up in life today. I am so blessed as the Divine answers moment by moment.

I release to the Law, knowing the Law is acting now. And so it is. Amen.

A Must-See Video from Teen Camp!

Dear Beloved Field,

It was an amazing week of transformation on the mountain for the recent Centers for Spiritual Living Summer Teen Camp. The theme for this year was “your God is showing.”

God showed Itself in innumerable special moments. One of the most poignant was when five of our young men came on stage and shared their story via spoken word/rap. The bravery of these young men in stating their truth relative to their everyday life is touching, inspiring, and thought provoking.

Certainly, we are all aware that so many of our youth, and especially those of different ethnicities, are perceived and treated in our society today. This video speaks to that. We have created this video for you to share and show in your center so as to start a dialogue regarding this subject.

After eight days with 280 incredible teens and 75 adults at CSL Teen Camp, one thing has become very clear — we must leave our world on a better trajectory for our children and youth. As conscious metaphysicians, we have the tools to impact consciousness, and we have the capacity to take steps to do so.

As you will see in the video, Centers for Spiritual Living provides tools for our youth and children to see themselves in a healthy light. We believe it is time to provide them with so much more!

We trust you will enjoy this video and will use it in a manner that furthers the evolution of our movement.

Oh…………..and your God is showing!

Moving Through Change

Many changes are happening in our lives. Some situations seem in turmoil; others seem to move along easily and gracefully. Then there are the elections, which so far are just plain weird.

There is a lot of “process” going on. A lot to plan; a lot to complete.

And so we treat.

I know that there is only one Life, the Life of God, in, as, through, throughout, and around all. Everything is that One Life; it is my life now.

The stillness of spirit centers the motion of Creation. The energy, love, peace, joy, harmony that god is, I am. Each of us is, and each in a unique way.

That energy moves me forward. I look forward with joy, easily completing all tasks in front of me. I move easily and gracefully into the bigger, the greater, the higher, the deeper. I do so with joy and excitement. And I know this is true of all who read this treatment.

I am thankful for everything that is needed and desired, for he knowing, and for all the blessings in my life.

And I simply know that all is well, all shall be well, and all manner of thing shall be well. So grateful in that knowing, I simply release this word to the Universal Law, knowing that it cannot but be fulfilled.

And SO it IS!

Wild Things

Well I am so late writing this and I just gave up on doing a nice short one.

So, now I just embrace my love of nature in my back yard. It is Devine, my God. I recognize my Mallard Ducks, Wood Ducks, foxes, deer, ground hogs, Downey Wood Peckers, and overpopulations of squirrels and chipmunks as God at work in the creek, it’s valley, my lawn and wild spaces. They are all places where God is at work in my life right now.

I stand on my deck, or sit by my creek, and become One with all the wild things around me. I embrace them so I can become a wild thing and they can become One with my Peace.

I realize that my life is enriched by my Nature space and all the Devine beings that I help feed every day. I accept their love just as I given them my love. I am in Heaven.

I’m so grateful for having bought our home 41 years ago with Accotink Creek in our back yard. I had no idea, then, what it would be like now. And I gratefully release any need to know what it will be like 41 years from now.

So, I release these words into the law of Nature, the law of Love, the law of my Universe, the law that works for all of us who write and read these words.

We can all find something to love in our lives. So, just love something today.
