Recognize, Unite, Remember and Give Thanks

The  Presence resides in me as I bask in the glow of celebratory times, peace filled moments , deeper understanding  and   connected energy this evening.  The All That Is  beckons and invites me to luxuriate in love and light and knowing.

I simply say “Yes”

I breathe

I let Spirit speak in ways beyond words.

And I invite you to do the same. Recognize, unite, remember and give thanks.

And I do give thanks  –  and surrendering  to the Allness, I send this prayer on its way,

And so it is

Commit to Excellence

Wow, June already!  Closing in on summer.  It’s true — June is busting out all over.

Should be an interesting weekend.  This evening, the Belmont Stakes.  Although there won’t be a Triple Crown this year, the Belmont remains the test of champions.  Every year, it brings back memories of the year we went to the Belmont and saw the great Secretariat complete his Triple Crown.

And on Sunday evening, one of my favorite annual events — the Tony Awards.  It looks like we have some close races this year.  What will win Best Musical?

What do they have in common?  They celebrate excellence.  Once upon a time at our center, we had stickers saying, “I AM COMMITTED TO EXCELLENCE”.  That is a commitment worth renewing every day.  Are you committed to excellence?   How does it show up in your life?

So we pray:

There is only One Life.  That Life is God.  That One Life is perfect.  it is in, as, through, throughout, and all around me and each of us.  it is Spirit; It is Consciousness.

I know that the perfection of the One Life expresses right now in every aspect of our lives, in every being, in everything.  Everything vibrates with a degree of livingness.   That Life is all, and it is more than good, it is excellent.

In every moment, I renew my commitment to excellence, to the highest and best.  I seek and express excellence in everything i do, and I honor excellence in every endeavor, whether my own or that of another.  For the other and I are one, and our most excellent, our highest and best, lifts up the world.

I am thankful for knowing, recognizing, pursuing, and achieving excellence.  i am grateful for all the ways it shows up in my life and in every life, every being, everything.

And in that gratitude, I now release my word to the Law of the Universe, knowing that it is done and done well.  All is well, and all shall be well, and all manner of thing shall be well.

And SO it IS!

Going with the Flow, Moment by Moment

Prelude  (written yesterday)
 
Wow, what a day, perfect weather with blue sky and temperature in the low 70s.  A follow-up appointment with an ear doctor to confirm that my infection is totally gone and a good work out at the gym.  Now it is simply time to treat. 
 
 
Treatment
 
I recognize Divinity right now, this moment, as I look at the blue sky through the blinds of my window, with memories of sitting on our deck just a few minutes ago watching the sun begin to think about setting.  I know God, Spirit, is here in all of this, moment by moment.  I feel divine myself.  
 
I accept the glory of this moment and this day of moments knowing that I am part of all of this around me, and inside me, as I sit and soar into the space of God.  I become One with all of it and I know everyone who reads this will be with me in their own Divine space.  We are all part of this world of God.
 
So, as I move on into this evening and the coming day, I accept the glory of each moment.  The weather may change, the events evolve, our lives move on and we accept the flow of life all around us.  We simply go with that flow, moment by moment.  We each have the power to simply realize the reality of it All in our own lives, and the reality of our own lives in it All.
 
I am so grateful for the Peace of this moment and I know you all can simply join me in the place of thanksgiving.  We are so grateful for this beautiful life as it is right now and for the power of these words to inspire even more beauty, moment by moment, as we release them into the Law of the Glory of Life.  I expect we will all see the beauty of each moment, just One-at-a-Time.  
 
So, we release all thought of what is past and what is next and just float forward, moment by moment, feeling the peace of each instant of time.  
 
And so it is, Amen.

One Power, One Presence, One Mind

It’s Memorial Day weekend and the unofficial start of Summer. BBQs, schools are winding down, and vacations starting. It’s a good time for remembering those who have passed and were instrumental in our lives. It’s also a good time to take stock of our spiritual lives before we get busy with summer activities. Daily spiritual practices also assist in getting us centered with our spiritual within as we connect with the Power, Presence, and Intelligence of the Universe. It is the Truth that sets us free as we are continuously guided, directed, led, and protected by Spirit, which is within each and everyone. And so we pray….
 
God is the One Power, One Presence, One Mind and One Life. It is the spiritual substance of which everything is made. God is present everywhere in every thing, and it is Good. There is only One Mind present and we use it. And I am that I am. I am one of this One Power, One Presence and One Mind. An abundance of Good is present in my life and in all my affairs. I rely on It as it is the Truth that sets me free. I am blessed and a blessing to everyone who comes into contact with me, as I know what to do, when to do it, how to do it, and where to do it.
 
And just as I am perfect, whole, and complete, each and everyone is perfect, whole, complete, eternal, and immortal. I know that each and everyone is divinely guided, directed, led, and protected to their highest good and greatest yet to be as they consciously connect with the Spirit within and allow the Truth to set them free. I declare that an abundance of Good, Peace, Love, Joy, and Health manifests in the lives of each and every one. I know that we are grateful for all those who came before us and instilled values and showered us with love. Our lives are better because of them and we are shining lights to those who follow. I declare that our love and joy lead us and guide us to live fulfilled lives.
 
I am so very grateful for the Truth that sets us free, for those who came before us and our willingness to open to the Spirit and Truth within. I am so very grateful for all the blessings in our lives and for those to come. I am so very grateful for the Peace, Love, Joy, and Abundance that continue to manifest in our lives as our lives. I am so grateful for the divine guidance and love in our lives that make our lives worth living. And I release my word unto the Law where it is already known in the mind of God. I know that my word will not return unto me void. I do give thanks that this is so and so it is!
