While sheltered in place like billions of people on the planet, Life Coach Cary Bayer wrote extensively on the Coronavirus. His articles became the basis for his mini-book Covid: 19 Lessons for Growth. A longtime writer of humor, as well, he also saw how awakening our sense of humor is a valuable asset for getting through this enormous challenge with grace and light. The playful pieces he wrote are contained in his min-book Covid Comedy: When Laughter is the Best Medicine.

Cary taught Transcendental Meditation for decades and trained dozens of TM teachers. He founded Higher Self Healing Meditation in 2010, and has been a full-time life coach since 2001. To book a session call 845-664-1883.

Title:  “Thou Shalt Not Suffer: Seven Steps to a Life of Joy,” Book Study Class
This book by Mark Anthony Lord shows how to face even the most difficult challenges with Joy. Mark Anthony Lord Is the founder and spiritual director of the Bodhi Spiritual Center in Chicago. This virtual class will be facilitated by local New Thought minister Rev. Sherrie Quander. In seven steps she will guide us to focus our attention on the healing power of self-love, acceptance, and a more expanded, deeply personal God.
