Come Back to my Place of Peace and Calm

Treatment by Carol A. Haave, RScP

Take a deep breath and exhale slowly.  Do this a few times.
Let the tension and stress leave your body with each breath.
Replace what you don’t want with what you do.
Smile.
Think of something that makes you wildly happy.
See it in your Mind’s eye – picture it.
Feel it on your skin.
Smell it in the air.
Hold it in your hands.
Hear it.
Just for 30 seconds — or until it lets you go!
Know that you can do this man y times a day and especially when you are frazzled.  In this moment, I am grateful for this teaching, for the Power and Presence of that which is in all, as all, through all.  I remember to come back to my place of peace and calm whenever I need a pick me up or to change the direction of my thinking.  I aspire to have more positive thinking than negative.  Each time I choose in favor of my happiness and passions, I bring to the world the best of who I am.  That’s what I am here for.  I make a difference where I stand.  Ever grateful for remembering that I am an instrument of God’s peace, clarity, success, happiness, wealth, health, and generosity, I bask in it.  I give thanks for it.  I am it.  Thank you God.  And so it is.
